How a Golf Club is Made

The components determined during the fitting session—clubhead, shaft, and grip—are professionally assembled. I offer a wide range of components from renowned manufacturers (see the selection under the "Products" section).

How and with What Tools Your Golf Club Is Made

Here is a brief illustrated overview of how a golf club is created:

In an initial conversation, the golfer's preferences and needs are discussed.

Various combinations of clubhead, shaft, and grip are tested and selected on the driving range or indoor facility.

After testing, the shafts are cut to the determined length. During this process, shaft stiffness is also measured using frequency testing.

Using the assembled components, the swing weight (weight distribution and head balance) is calculated.

The MOI is measured to fine-tune the weight distribution.

The partially assembled club is measured to identify and implement any necessary adjustments.

The grips are mounted onto the club.

The club is cleaned, polished, and finished to ensure a professional look.

The final golf clubs are tested on the driving range to verify their performance.
